The IIJA Oversight Plan describes the OIG’s planned and ongoing audit and evaluation projects for fiscal year 2023, or Year 2, and beyond. It also shows the distribution of our planned and ongoing work, which encompasses 26 projects related to programs expected to receive a combined $58.4 billion, or 96 percent, of the $60.9 billion in IIJA appropriations to the EPA. We will continue to revise our plan and may modify the projects included in future iterations of our IIJA Oversight Plan in response to emerging challenges, crises, and priorities.
