Evaluation of the Statutory Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Inspections Follow Up

The OIG plans to begin an evaluation to determine the extent to which the EPA has met its statutory requirement to complete required inspections of treatment, storage, and disposal facilities. This evaluation is a follow up to Report No. 16-P-0104.
